Behind every great orthodontist there is a great team. Dr. Wiger is proud to work with a caring and professional team who are committed to satisfying each individual need and providing the best quality of care possible. Our team takes pride in making sure our patients are comfortable and have everything they need to make their treatment a success.

Each member of our clinical team is a Certified Orthodontic Assistant through the Dental Assisting National Board and receives continuing education on a regular basis.

Clinical Team

Vidya Vidya - Orthodontic Assistant/Clinical Coordinator
Vidya has been an orthodontic assistant for Dr. Wiger since 2002 and his clinical coordinator since 2007. She is originally from Trinidad and now lives in Ashburn with her husband and two sons. Her hobbies include working in her garden and shopping. Vidya says she "enjoys meeting new people and helping Dr. Wiger create beautiful smiles."

Katie Katie - Orthodontic Assistant
Katie has been a valuable part of the Wiger Team since 2000! She says, "I love orthodontics because I love working with children and teens. I also like to be involved with helping people feel better about themselves." She lives in Harpers Ferry, WV with her sister and pets Tucker, Peanut and Pudge. When she's not at work she likes to be outside hiking or working in her yard.

Gina Gina - Orthodontic Assistant
Gina has been in the orthodontic field since 2006 and with Dr. Wiger since 2008. Gina says she chose to work in orthodontics because she "likes to help people obtain happy, healthy smiles." She lives in Ashburn, Virginia with her roommates and beagle, Emma. When she's not working, you might find her reading, cross stitching or spending time with friends and family.

Yelana Yelena - Diagnostic Records Tech
Yelena has been working with Dr. Wiger since 2004 and "loves being part of creating beautiful smiles and making the treatment fun for the patients." She was born and raised in Russia but now lives in Sterling, Virginia with her husband Dan and five of their six children. She also has two grandchildren! In Yelena's free time she loves to sew. In fact, check out the beautiful seat cushions she made in our Ashburn office!

Brandy Danielle - Orthodontic Assistant
Danielle became a part of the Wiger team in 2011. She loves orthodontics and says, "I love building beautiful smiles while watching patients work hard to reach their goal." She lives in Warrenton, Virginia with her family. In her free time she enjoys 4-wheeling and riding horses as well as attending events like truck pulls and bull riding.

brianni Brianni - Orthodontic Assistant
Brianni joined the Wiger team in 2011 but has been in the orthodontic field since 2009. She loves working in orthodontics because she likes to help others while improving their self confidence. She lives in Manassas Park, Virginia and likes to travel to different areas, spend time with her family and friends and also likes to shop.

Elizabeth - Sterilization Coordinator
Elizabeth joined the Wiger Orthodontic team in 2011 because she loves to learn new and challenging things and also loves to see people smile. She lives in West Virginia with her son. When Elizabeth is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her son and other members of her family.

Administrative Team

Emily Emily - Administrative Assistant
Emily has been working with Dr. Wiger since 1999. She lives in Sterling, VA with her husband Mike and three children. She enjoys biking, cooking, spending time with her family and being active in her church. Emily says that the thing she likes best about working in orthodontics is "the relationships I've built with patients, helping others achieve a beautiful smile and working with a great doctor and team!"

Amanda Amanda - Treatment Coordinator
Amanda has been with Dr. Wiger since 2002, first as his orthodontic assistant and now as his T.C. She lives in Ashburn, Virginia with her husband Chris and son Aaron. Her hobbies include shopping and cooking. Amanda says, "I love meeting new people and knowing that I have a part in creating their beautiful smiles."

Brenda Brenda - Financial Coordinator
Brenda has been with Dr. Wiger since 2002. She and her husband Jim live in Ashburn, Virginia. They have two daughters and five grandsons! Her hobbies include reading and gardening. Brenda loves working with people and especially likes the field of orthodontics because she "likes seeing our patients grow and change as they go through treatment."

Trudy Trudy - Scheduling Coordinator
Trudy has been with Dr. Wiger since 2006. She loves "watching how a beautiful smile can change someone's life!" She is originally from New Bedford, Massachusetts but now lives in Ashburn, Virginia with her husband Tay, daughter Te'naya and dog Jayce. She enjoys reading a good book and shopping.

Sarah Sarah - Scheduling Coordinator
Sarah has been with the Wiger team since 2010 and chose the orthodontic field because "I love seeing smiles transformed and perfected." She lives in Sterling, Virginia with her husband, Taylor. When Sarah is not at work she most likely can be found hiking, biking, working out or spending time with her family.

Diana Diana - Accounts payable & Marketing Coordinator
Diana has been with working with Dr. Wiger since 1993 and helped him open the practice. She is a former elementary teacher but says, "I love everything about orthodontics-it's so positive and life-changing!" Diana and her husband live in Ashburn, Virginia with their three children and golden retriever. Their oldest daughter attends the University of Alabama-Roll Tide! When she's not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading and decorating.
